The Opportunity
We are expanding our inside sales team and looking for energetic, talented, and experienced individuals with a proven track record in Sales and Customer Relationship Management to generate and maintain business relationships with customers, market our SaaS products, and engage in value or solution-based selling. A successful candidate must be social, and analytical, possess an aptitude for learning, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
What you will be doing
- Initiating contact with prospective clients through phone calls or other communication methods to introduce the company’s offerings and generate interest.
- Assessing the needs and requirements of potential customers to determine whether the products or services align with their expectations and goals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Collaborating with other teams within the organization, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
- Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Must Haves
- Having experience in SaaS /IT solution-based selling is an advantage.
- Knowledge and the ability to understand/predict market behavior to create business opportunities is desirable.
- 2+ years’ experience in sales
- Learn and grow attitude.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- A can-do attitude and a go-getter.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English
- Qualified in SLIM, CIM, Business/Marketing Degree/Diploma or equivalent
