The Opportunity

As an Inbound Lead Conversion Coordinator at hSenid Mobile, you will play a pivotal role in converting our inbound leads into valuable opportunities for our business solution team. Your primary

Responsibilities will include

  • Calling inbound leads generated by our marketing team.
  • Nurturing leads to schedule discovery or demo sessions with our business solution experts.
  • Achieving daily KPIs for the number of calls made, demos scheduled, and demos completed.
  • Following a prescribed cadence and script to ensure effective communication with leads.
  • Maintaining detailed records of lead interactions and follow-ups.
  • Ideal role for a process oriented individual

    Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Requirement

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving strategies and goals.
  • Experience in lead nurturing, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
