Senior Business Analyst

We are on the lookout for a person who is a critical thinker, problem solver, has a sharp analytical mindset, a thirst for knowledge, innovation and creativity. The right candidate would be able to champion our customers as a consultant, understanding their requirements and map them to solutions we offer.

Responsibilities

  • Gain in depth product knowledge and contribute to Sales and Pre-sales of the organization.
  • Play a consultative role in pre-sales with the attitude to win.
  • Design and develop pre-sales material and respond to tenders.
  • Gather, analyze and manage requirements for projects.
  • Be a reliable and efficient conduit between customers and internal teams.
  • Contribute to product roadmap.

Required skills and experience

  • Degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 4 to 5 years of pre-sales or business analysis experience.
  • Background in Telco domain; Red Hat or DevOps is a plus.
  • Partially or fully qualified in CIMA or equivalent work experience.
  • Can-do attitude and a go-getter mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to think on your feet; strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate solutions while fronting customers.
  • Exposure to design thinking is an advantage.
